About OkieSIM
Global data. No guesswork.
OkieSIM exists because buying mobile data for a trip abroad shouldn't feel like reading fine print you're not meant to understand. We built a global eSIM marketplace around one simple idea: tell people exactly what they're getting, in plain language, before they pay for it.
What we do
OkieSIM sells digital eSIM data plans for destinations around the world. No physical SIM card to track down, no store to find — you buy a plan, scan a QR code, and you're connected, usually within minutes of landing.
Our promise: real numbers, not marketing numbers
Most data plans are sold on vague language — “high-speed,” “unlimited,” “fair use” — that quietly hides the actual limits until you hit them. We do the opposite. Every OkieSIM plan discloses the real throughput you can expect, including any speed cap applied at the network exit node — the point where your traffic actually leaves the network and reaches the open internet. If a plan is capped after a data threshold, or throttled at the exit node for network management reasons, we say so in the listing, not in a footnote.
You should never have to run a speed test to find out what you actually bought. That's the standard we hold every plan on the platform to, and the standard we'll keep raising as we grow.
Built for however you travel
Some of our users are closing a deal from an airport lounge and need a connection they can trust for a video call. Others are on a two-week trip and just want to post photos and pull up a map without hunting for Wi-Fi. OkieSIM is built for both: professionals who need dependable, verifiable performance on the road, and leisure travelers who want something that simply works, without having to think about it.
How we operate
We don't run our own mobile network. We work with a mix of global eSIM connectivity partners and, in select markets, mobile network operators directly, and we choose partners based on measured, real-world performance in each destination — not just coverage maps. Where performance varies by partner or region, we disclose it, so the plan you pick is the plan you get.
OkieSIM. Know exactly what you're buying, everywhere you go.
